From the 1st December 2019 a new mandatory register and inspection certificates are now law in Victoria.
You must ensure your pool or spa is registered with your local council prior to June 1 2020
Obtain your council statement on when the pool/barrier was installed.
Have your pool or spa inspected by PEAK Pool and Spa Inspections.
When your pool or spa complies with the safety standards, we will issue a Form 23 in which you lodge with your local council.
We will contact you in 4 years to re-inspect your pool or spa.
We will provide a comprehensive inspection of your pool or spa barrier with a guaranteed report within 24 hours.
We can inspect your pool safety barrier.
Building inspection or compliance services or statutory functions must work from home where possible. Where these workers are required to attend sites for inspection and safety purposes, they are counted as workers. Workers in this category who need to move between sites should visit no more than three times a week, except where those visits are required to meet a minimum statutory obligation or requirement.
Due to COVID-19 we will access your property via a side entrance or garage and our interaction will be contactless. Our inspectors will be abiding my all COVID protocols which include face masks and sanitising before and after inspections.
